In so far as the possibility of entering personal and business details (email addresses, names, postal addresses) exists within our website, any such information entered on the part of the user shall be on an expressly voluntary basis.  The use of all services offered is permitted - in so far as is technically possible and reasonable  - without the disclosure of such data or through the use of anonymous details or a pseudonym.

Inclusion of services and content of third parties

Our website contains third party content (hereinafter referred to as "Third Party Providers"), as appropriate, like You tube videos for example, maps from Google maps, RSS Feeds or graphics from other websites.  This always presupposes that the Third Party Providers obtain knowledge of users' IP addresses.  For without the IP address they could not transfer the content to the respective user's browser.  The IP address is therefore required to display the content.  We endeavour to only use content from respective providers who use the IP address solely for the purpose of delivering said content.  However we have no influence on whether the Third Party Providers store the IP addresses for e.g., statistical purposes.

Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics, a web analysis service of Google Inc. („Google“). Google Analytics uses so-called „cookies“ (text files) which are stored on the user's computer and which allow an analysis of the use of our website. The information generated by the cookie about how the user engages with our website is generally sent to a Google server in the USA and stored there. IP anonymization is enabled on our website, therefore Google truncates the IP addresses of users within the member states of the European Union and other contracting parties in the European Economic Area beforehand. The full IP address will only be transferred to a Google server in the USA and truncated there in exceptional cases.  Our contract with Google states that Google will use this information to evaluate how the user engages with our website, to compile reports about the website activity and to provide us with further services connected to website and internet usage.
Google will not combine the IP address transferred from your browser by Google Analytics with other details. The user can prevent the storage of cookies by appropriately setting their browser software; in this case however we would advise the user that he may not be able to fully use all functions of our website. In addition you can prevent data generated by the cookie and relating to your use of the website (incl. your IP address) from being collected and processed by Google, by downloading and installing a browser plugin from the following link:
